Race-week authority
- The chief medical team may request additional testing if the certificate is unclear
- On-site (Day 1 reception) medical staff may withhold start authorization if they judge the runner unfit, regardless of paperwork

The 3,500 USD entry is a single all-inclusive package, Bangkok–Paro charter, Bhutan visa & SDF, five-star stays, race support, and the gala dinner. It bundles non-recoverable costs pre-paid to local partners. Cancellations, personal or under force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, a sudden Bhutanese policy change), are refunded on the schedule below (ICT, UTC+7).

Fixed-package policy
The fee is a single fixed product. No partial refund or difference settlement is possible if you skip the charter, stays, or meals, for example by arriving in Bhutan early or staying on afterward. Personally incurred costs (training, separate flights) are not reimbursable.
