Dates & format

• October 28–31, 2026 · a 4-day, all-inclusive expedition. The race is run on day 3.
• One 40 km mountain course · D+ 2,700 m · 4,000 m max altitude · 15-hour window, 04:00 → 19:00.
• Field limited to 100 runners.

Entry & what's included

• 3,500 USD, all-inclusive: Bangkok–Paro round-trip charter, Bhutan visa & SDF, hotels, meals, on-trail race support, and the finisher's gala dinner.
• Registration runs on Running Connect.

Rooming: double, shared

• Rooms are shared, twin/double occupancy throughout the trip.
• Unless you register as a pair, you will room with another participant, often someone you have never met. Pairing requests are honored where possible.

Charter & luggage

• Round-trip charter: Bangkok → Paro → Bangkok. You join the group in Bangkok.
• On race morning your name-tagged suitcase is forwarded to the finish-line hotel in Thimphu: bag drop 03:00, start 04:00.

Documents & eligibility

• Must be 20 or older on race day. Official ID required for verification.
• Passport valid for at least 6 months beyond your departure date.
• Medical clearance form signed by a licensed physician, dated within 6 months; see the medical form notice.
• Document deadline: D-60 before race day. Late or incomplete submissions may forfeit the seat.

Refund schedule

• Before Aug 19, 2026 · 23:59 ICT: 100% refund.
• Aug 20 – Sep 28, 2026: 50% refund.
• After Sep 28, 2026: no refund (SDF & charter seats fully pre-paid). Full table on Eligibility.

Daily medical screening

• From arrival to the end of the event, every participant takes a mandatory daily health check: temperature, blood pressure, blood-oxygen (SpO₂).
• If staff judge your readings to be in the altitude-sickness risk range, your start or continuation may be restricted for safety.
