Every runner must submit a medical clearance form, signed by a licensed physician, as part of registration. KOLON TRAIL RUN Bhutan 2026 is a 40km mountain race that climbs to 4,000m, clearance confirms you are fit to start at altitude. Download the official form below.

Who needs it

• All runners, open registration and invited athletes alike.
• The examination must be dated within 6 months of race day.
• It must be completed and signed by a licensed physician (clinic stamp where applicable).

How to submit

Print the form, complete it with your doctor, then upload the signed copy (scan or clear photo) with the rest of your registration documents on Running Connect. The document deadline is D-60 before race day, incomplete or late submissions may forfeit the seat.
